Today was my first time at Goshen, I just started working in the area and desperately needed a coffee shop to frequent. My coffee was delicious amd my coworker was happy with her drink as well. I love that there is a mobile order option, and the two baristas that were there this morning were both very friendly. My drinks were made before I arrived, I was super thankful that they didn't add ice until I arrived so they weren't watered down when I got there. I will definitely be back!

Great spot for coffee in St. Louis! The coffee was very good, and the pastries were absolutely amazing. I also loved that the café has several different seating areas, so you can pick a space that fits your mood. Definitely worth a visit.”l

I love Goshen coffee and their awesome staff! They're always so personable (at the soulard location). I really want you all to bring back the blueberry clove syrup that was hands down my favorite coffee flavor in the espresso tonic. I'd do anything to have it again, including being a continued customer 😁. Only 4 stars for food because I wish the options were more robust or not sold out constantly!

Very cute cafe, loved the ambience and the vibe. Patio seating was nice too, loved the indoor. Lattes were good, cold brew was very nice. I loved the egg sandwich with pesto and arugula the most, although the scone was dry.

I travel most weeks and, as I work in coffee, I try to hit the best shops in the cities I travel to. Often, when I visit shops with large coffee menus featuring many designer coffees, I get espressos and pour-overs that are bland, weak, and underextracted. I pay a premium and wish I hadn’t. Not the case here. My espresso was perfectly dialed in - bright, complex, yet full bodied. My pour-over, an experimental fermentation with proprietary yeast strain, was phenomenal. The hospitality was fantastic, no pretension. This is a world class cafe experience. I will return and I highly recommend.

I got the iced cranberry white mocha chai from the spring menu and it is delicious! What a bright, fun space in the city to work and play from… I love visiting Goshen and enjoying their rotating seasonal menu ☕️

Everyone was so nice. And the inside of the location was so cute. I love the neon. I went here on a date with my husband. It was perfect. We tried a couple different coffees. Everything was delicious. Next time I’m in the area I wanna go back.

Nice, little spot, hopping with business on a Saturday morning. I came here after calling around looking for a cafe who either knows how to make a cafe lungo or is willing look it up and try. It’s a whole thing, adjusting coarseness of the grind, adjusting pressure, pour time. I am not a nerd about it and will drink all manifestations of caffeine. But I miss the “tall coffees” of Eastern Europe. Straight out the espesso machine. So strong, so flavorful. Not overly bitter, just really flavorful and a real punch. But not quite like taking the morning medicine of an espresso shot. And a bit more to sip on before the whole experience is over. Not easy to find it done right. And when I even ask about it, most coffee shops are like “sorry cant do it, Thats not a thing, it will taster too bitter to run more water through the grounds.” But never even trying. “Sorry we can’t adjust the courseness” (which is partially how you offset the bitterness of a long pour). Well Goshen was willing to give a try. No excuses, just a willingness to try something new. I appreciate that, and am giving 5 stars for this reason alone. Cass, the manager was super nice and just glad to help. Now, regarding the cafe lungo itself. I realize it takes a little more nuance then just adjusting the grind and running more water through. What I received from Goshen, I happily slurped. Because it was a gift that they wanted to accommodate my search. I will say that I think something was missing, it was a bit more watery and acidic than my memory of what truly seemed to be my perfect coffee experience from a butcher shop/cafe in a small Hungarian village. Note, they served Illy espresso in cute little cups. But I applaud Goshens adventurously willing search. And friendliness. And not afraid to try to help a guy who really doesn’t actually know how to make a cafe lungo. Or really what he is talking about at all. Today I found some friendly willing folks. I am sure all of their other stuff is fabulous judgin

This is one of those places with a very chill community vibe about it, and I absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely visit the area again just to stop in for a cup of coffee. Recommended.

Coffee so nice, I came back twice! I just stopped in from out of town for a morning latte, and the atmosphere was so calm and peaceful I ended up staying for an hour or so... and then came back the next morning to do it again! The staff was very kind and patient answering my questions and the coffee is phenomenal, especially if you love a creamy oatmilk like I do. Highly recommend, I'll be coming back next time I'm in town :)
